Chiropractor builds on five decades of healing process

He was getting an odd feeling, a connection of sorts with one of his patients.
The young chiropractor couldn't pin it down, but there was definitely something going on.
"This patient, he must have been in his 60s, he came in and was pretty down and he said 'Doc, I've had pain in my gut for ten years, and nobody has been able to find out what to do with it,'" Polack says.
So, Polack started through his regular procedures to check out his patient's spine using specialised equipment.
After the session, the patient said to Polack, "I don't know what you've done, but I'm out of pain for the first time in 10 years."
"But what the hell did that mean, I hadn't done anything for him yet," Polack says. "It was circumstances like that which caused me to look at this situation and think that something else is going on with these people."
That was around 50 years ago. And in those five decades Polack, now 76, has made a living offering what he terms vibrational healing.
"I guess it's as old as civilization, really," Polack says. "It's the exchange of energy between two people. But in my own case I discovered it while practicing chiropractic. I discovered things happening beyond what I was doing with the spine."
After years practising in Vancouver, Polack moved to Tsawwassen recently and has been offering his services through Wellspring Health.
Utilizing his hands to focus energy and bring back balance to a person's body, Polack says he can help clients with a variety of ailments.
That is a pretty heady claim, and Polack says he is well aware of the naysayers who believe his course of treatment is nothing more than a bunch of mumbo jumbo.
But today, there are a good deal less of them than when he first started, something he puts down to society's general willingness not to pin its hopes for health solutions on drug therapies and surgery.
"When I was doing this kind of work in the 60s it would be a minority of people (clients) who would feel something right off the bat," Polack says, adding people did see overall improvement. "But, in the beginning it was the rare person who felt anything. Today, in the 21st century, most people feel something while it's happening.
"I think a whole field of consciousness has opened up in the last 50 years," he adds. "Not just in healing, but everywhere. It's a different world now."
Dr. Polack discovered Energy in healing while practicing chiropractic. His years of research and experience in no force methods led him to pioneer Vibrational Healing, treatment to clear and balance the Bio-Energy Fields we usually refer to as our personal Energy field.Ronald has been practicing Vibrational Healing in the Vancouver area of British Columbia for a number of years and is presently in Tsawwassen, just south of the City.
